Your Thoughts Shape Your World

The stories you tell yourself are the foundation of your life. They shape how you see the world,
how you interact with others, and what you believe is possible. The funny thing is, most of these
thoughts run on autopilot, and some of them aren’t even true. They’re old stories handed down
by parents, society, or past experiences that no longer serve you. Becoming aware of these
thoughts is the first step to changing them. Challenge them. If you hear yourself say, “I’m not
good enough,” ask, “Who says?” Rewrite the script. Tell yourself a new story—one of possibility,
love, and resilience. The beauty of your thoughts is that you have control over them. You can
decide, moment by moment, what story you’re going to tell. So make it a good one—one that
supports the person you’re becoming.
