For over 25 years I have worked in real estate as a licensed realtor, active investor, landlord, property flipper, and renovation specialist. I have helped hundreds of people navigate the most consequential financial decisions of their lives. I have built my own portfolio from the ground up. I know how the system works — and I know how to help you work it.

WHAT A SESSION COVERS

Richelle spends one hour reviewing your property details before your meeting, then one hour with you directly. Topics include: property valuation and timing, rental income potential, renovation ROI, market strategy, and how to find and vet the right agent.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Upon booking you will receive a brief property intake form. Complete and return it before your session so Richelle can research your specific situation in advance.

INVESTMENT
$500 — includes one hour of Richelle’s preparation and one hour of direct advisory.
Follow-up sessions: $150/hour, scheduled separately.
