About Richelle – Your Guide to Empowerment and Growth

Today, my work is simple and precise.
I teach people how alignment, clarity, and intention shape a life. I help people see themselves differently so their choices, energy, and outcomes change naturally.
This isn’t a theory for me. It’s a lived experience.
Real estate funded my freedom. That’s what I know for certain. And that’s why it’s still part of everything I do.

WHAT ALIGNMENT BUILT

Over the last decade, I have built a life rooted in clarity and purpose.

I founded NAREB Twin Cities and worked at a national level within real estate organizations. I’ve helped clients buy and sell millions of dollars in property, flipped homes, built an investment portfolio, and learned how systems, money, and institutions actually work.

I created Fuller Life Retreat — a space designed for reflection and renewal. I developed a curriculum, wrote Unconscious Bias, trademarked Formula for Freedom™, and became a minister.

None of this happened by accident. It came from learning how to align identity, perception, and action — and choosing to live that way consistently.

 THE TURNING POINT

Divorce marked a turning point in my life. It became an invitation to return to myself and live deliberately. I recommitted to clarity — about who I am, how I want to live, and what actually matters.

That decision changed everything that followed.

THE BECOMING

Before that, there were many lives lived inside one.

I went through IVF. I married. I became a mother. I spent eight years as a stay-at-home wife and mom, fully immersed in raising my children and building a home. I faced foreclosure. I moved through addiction and alcoholism and into recovery. I became a single mother.

Each season shaped me. None of it was wasted.

Long before I had language for it, I was curious about healing and human potential.

As a child, I was fascinated by how people heal and grow. As I grew older, that curiosity focused on the brain and human behavior. I studied psychology, neuroscience, and the work of teachers who explored how identity and perception shape reality.

Napoleon Hill. Florence Scovel Shinn. Wayne Dyer. Don Miguel Ruiz. Les Brown. Tony Robbins. The Untethered Soul.

The message is consistent across time: how we think, speak, and see ourselves shapes how we live.

I was once told in treatment that I should be a minister. I laughed then. Now, I am one.

I teach because my life was changed by this practice.

I teach because my life was changed by this practice.

I believe my life was saved so I could serve others with my experience. Everything I lived — the addiction, the foreclosure, the divorce, the reinvention — was preparation for this work.

Identity shapes perception. Perception shapes choice. Choice shapes a life.

I am a regular person who learned clarity and alignment — and built a life from it.

I am not an exception. I am evidence.
