If you want to continue to be the best in the world, then you have to train and compete like you are second best in the world.
Richelle Taylor is Realtor, Investor, Educator, Entrepreneur and Mother. She began her career early on having earned her real estate license at the age of 18 while in college at Shaw University, an HBCU located in Raleigh, NC. Richelle went on that same year to buy her first home. She earned her BA in Business and continued in the real estate industry working through the real estate crash as a lender for both residential and commercial real estate. She is a serial entrepreneur having started her first real estate and lending company in 2004. As a licensed Realtor in Minnesota she has built a company and a name for herself by serving her clients and the public with her knowledge and expertise. Richelle owns several properties as rental investments, renovates homes as well as serves as an instructor and public speaker. Most recently Richelle has established a nonprofit chapter, NAREB Twin Cities, whose mission is to empower our communities to increase home ownership through education, financing and other resources; as well as provide economic and professional development opportunities for our membership. She has served on the Governor’s Task Force on housing, and currently serves as the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for the MN Association of Realtors, Chair and Founding President of NAREB Twin Cities, and MN Realtors Government Affairs Committee member. In addition to Real Estate sales Richelle also owns a property management company and enjoys teaching others how to become investors.
Life wasn’t always so great though, there were nearly 10 years spent in and out of drug and alcohol treatment facilities. Grateful to have found peace and sobriety, the passion Richelle has for helping other people achieve their dreams is powerful. She spends most of her time coaching others to be the best version of themselves. Richelle’s career has focused on helping others find their individual freedoms. Whether realizing dreams of home ownership, financial health, or other life milestones, Richelle helps others realize the extraordinary is within reach for us all.
It isn’t all work though, Richelle also has two amazing children, together they enjoy cooking, remodeling homes together, exploring the outdoors and they also try to keep mom relevant with social media. With any spare time Richelle is traveling with her family, and is always up for an adventure.
